Aware of fALL by a fallen lEAF.
Du Mu (803-852, famous poet and writer in the late Tang Dynasty.) – “Early fall & guest house”:

The wind only blows off one lEAF, everything has already been surprised by the coming of the fALL.
Crying with homesickness in the lONELY night, worrying about living abroad as gUEST every year.
When to sTOP the parting? When to eND the displaced days?
Feeling not as good as the old fishing man next to the river, lEISURELY and fREE.
