除夜|oLD yEAR dAY

The end of the year,
The start of the year,
The thinking of the night.

Wang Yin or Shi Qing [Unconfirmed poets, the early of Kaiyuan (peak) period of Tang Dynasty (712-742)] – “Old Year’s Day”:

This year ends tONIGHT, tOMORROW urges next year to come.
wINTER ends over the night, later sPRING comes in the morning.
Climate and colours cHANGED in the air, and people are rEJUVENATED.
People are not aware of the aDVENT of Spring, in fact he has tOUCHED the plums in the backyard.

Sigh,
Times flies, people and things change unpredictably.

However,
Not to forget the original heart, people are basically good. Just fly with faiths and wings.

Thoughts of “Old Year’s Day”:
Due to unusual weathers, lives apparently changed in many countries.
Such as Winter, the plants may not be withered, the colours may not be darkened, the days may not be freezing.
And some places have also been “rejuvenated” earlier, it feels like the Sun is arguing with the Earth……
